深孔爆破切顶卸压控制沿空掘巷围岩变形技术研究

摘要: 为了解决九里山矿采掘接替紧张导致的沿空掘进的巷道变形严重的问题,对15071工作面运输巷进行了深孔定向爆破卸压的研究与实践工作。通过理论分析、现场试验、矿压观测等手段明确了爆破切顶卸压技术对控制沿空掘巷围岩变形中的积极作用,并研究了爆破、装药等相关参数和工艺。研究结论认为15071工作面运输巷进行的深孔爆破切顶措施对相邻的15091沿空掘进的巷道起到了良好的卸压效果,与未切顶卸压巷道相比,掘进期间巷道围岩压力减小,巷道变形量得到有效控制,支护质量明显提高。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of serious deformation of roadway driving along goaf in Jiulishan coal Mine according to very tense mining-excavation replacement, the engineering technology of deep borehole blasting for roof cutting and pressure relief is applied in haulage gateway of No. 15071 mining face. Based on the methods of theoretical analysis, field experiment and mine pressure observation, deep borehole blasting for roof cutting and pressure relief can control serious deformation of roadway driving along goaf is founded out, and the parameters and process of blasting and bursting charge are researched. The conclusions show that deep borehole blasting for roof cutting in haulage gateway of No. 15071 mining face has played a good pressure relief role to the roadway driving along goaf in No. 15091 mining face, and the roadway confining pressure has decreased, and serious deformation of roadway has been effectively controlled, and roadway support quality has been improved compared to roadway without roof cutting.
